How To Add A Video To Google Slides. Add a video from Google Drive to a slide. Find the mp4 file you want to include in your slide in your Google Drive.
Select the slide for the video from the list at the left side of the window. Adding videos to your Google Slides presentation can bring it to life and keep the audience engaged during the entire slideshow. Click on the Google Drive tab at the top.
Open an existing Google Slides presentation or create a new one.
You can open a slide in your presentation by clicking on it in the side panel on the left of your presentation. Click on the video you wish to add to your slide and hit Select The video will then be added to your slide and you can resize reposition and clip it using the same steps outlined in the From YouTube section above. Your video should now be embedded in your slide. If you have a video saved on your drive click Insert on the menu bar scroll down select Video then select the Google Drive tab.
